" order 8107: I ordered 3 hats, 3 coffee mugs, and 3 shirts. I got an email that the particular mug was out of stock. I got the option to order substitute color and this was fine. The three shirts I ordered were supposed to be extra large. Someone arbitrarily sent me size large and not extra large. These shirts are way too small, totally useless to me, and I don't have the time or energy to send them back or argue with someone. Don't bother sending any discount or coupons. I will never shop at this site again. This is not the first time. A previous order from a few years ago left off an item entirely and I had to go through a lengthy email exchange to get it made right. Get your act together or get out of the business. I assume this happened because you were trying to dump unused inventory from your warehouse.... "
